Life brings many changes, some with challenges—some planned, others unexpected. At times, these changes can feel overwhelming, making it difficult to see the way forward. After spending 43 years as a Registered Nurse, I saw many professionals struggle with difficult challenges, often lacking the support they needed. I experienced this firsthand in my own life.
I have been married for 47 years and raised three children. My husband and I experienced the unimaginable loss of our 22-year-old son in 2005 due to complications from Juvenile Diabetes. I’ve also faced career shifts—becoming the primary breadwinner when my husband was laid off, twice, taking on various nursing roles, and eventually stepping into school nursing for 13 years before retiring to pursue my leadership career full-time.
These experiences shaped my deep commitment to helping others navigate challenges with resilience and purpose. My journey from nursing to leadership coaching is a testament to my passion for guiding others through life’s complexities with confidence and clarity.
